That one night we took the other road up the hill. The dowry village covered in darkness. We passed the old towns church and noticed light and whisper inside. The old wooden door was just ajar, so we entered slowly.
Dozens of organ pipes were spread apart. We started a dialogue. These two guys from Germany had taken up the challenge to bring that old organ back to life again. It has not been played since 50 years.
As we left, they began to sing a song for us.
Weeks later the whole village gathered to witness the first organ concert since half a century. The village oldest man (100 years old) still remembers the days he went to church as a little boy to just listen to the organs sound.“It has been quiet for too long. Today I am a little boy, again.”
